Hello Everyone, I bought a brand new player from ebay. The player did work perfectly except the voice recorder. So I gave the player to a near by shop to fix it and they have tried to upgrade the firmware. However they have failed to it, and now the player is dead. I can only see a white screen, but when I plug it into my pc I can copy and delete files to the drive of the player. Looks like they have put a wrong a firmware.

Can someone please let me know a place where I can download the firmware for this player.

Did they charge you for the service?
I think that shop should be responsible for getting your player back or giving you some sort of credit because it was THEM who made your player dead by flashing it with an incompatible firmware. I certainly hope you didnt have to pay for the service! Youve lost money and a player out of the ordeal!
