Hi there, I have a Titan 2gb mp4 player with a sigmatel chip smpt3638, the player is dead, they gave it to me because of that, now I want to recover it, please, theres practically no information about this player or its firmware. I found two pictures of this player on the internet, one is the player and the other is the firmware its supposed to have. Can someone help me identifying this firmware and please give instructions on how to uploaded to my mp4?
