i have an mp3 player but when i upgrade firmware (9.1.5.2 im not sure) with another(3.x.x...) its dead.

ive tried s1fw , this site and downloaded many firmware(9152,9151,9043,3035,...)but the mp3 update always say error while writing firmware data to device and reboot the program or checking the device is connected. ive used mp3 player utilities 4.05,4.18 and they still didnt work.
Anyone plz help me thnx a lot
