Hi--I need help. This mp4 player I bought on Ebay came with a cd but my xp doesnt recognize the program and so therefore I cant download music.
Can someone please help me.

The maker is Chinese I think. It has a girl on the video program and she is Chinese. This is all the info I have about it.

Generally these MP4 players dont need any special software to transfer music onto the player. Not like the iPods and iTunes. Treat the player just like you would with a USB memory stick. Just plug it in, Windows should then recognise it as a removable drive and youre ready to go.

Is there anything specific you want to do with it? Just to transfer music onto it or convert videos?
